1 Month Rent Free Incentive - Terms & Conditions
Offer applies to new customers only.
Customers must sign a tenancy/licence agreement and complete all required onboarding documentation.
The incentive consists of one month's rent free, applied in accordance with the tenancy/licence agreement.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or incentive unless agreed in writing by management.
The offer is subject to unit availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice.

Applicable to reservations at Copper Works, Cardiff only.
Customers must enter into a minimum 12-month agreement.
Customers must move in on or before 30 September to qualify for the incentive.

General
Failure to meet any of the above eligibility criteria will result in the incentive being withdrawn.
The incentive has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded.
Management reserves the right to make the final decision regarding eligibility and application of the promotion.
Promotion valid for qualifying reservations completed before 30 September, subject to availability.
