1. Offer Overview
New tenants who enter into a tenancy will receive a rent incentive of up to £1,000, which will be deducted from the first month’s rent.
2. Eligibility
This offer is available to new tenants only (existing tenants or tenancy renewals are excluded).
The offer applies only to tenancies that are fully signed and commenced within the promotional period specified by the landlord or letting agent.
3. Application of Offer
The incentive value will be applied as a reduction (up to £1,000) against the first month’s rent due under the tenancy agreement.
The exact amount offered will be at the landlord’s discretion and may vary between properties.
All other upfront payments (such as deposits, holding deposits, or other applicable fees) remain payable in accordance with the tenancy agreement.
The offer has no cash alternative, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any other form of discount.
If the applied incentive is £500 this will come off your first months rent if move in occurs pre and post end of 31/01/26.
If the applied incentive is £750 this will come off your first months’ rent if move in occurs pre 31/01/26. If post 01/02/26 you will receive £500 off your first months rent and £250 off month 6 of your tenancy. If you leave before month 6 or have served your notice to leave this will not be payable by the landlord.
If the applied incentive is £1000 this will come off your first months’ rent if move in occurs pre 31/01/26. If post 01/02/26 you will receive £500 off your first months’ rent and £250 off month 6 and 10 of your tenancy. If you leave before month 6 or 10 or have served your notice to leave the relevant amount will not be payable by the landlord.
4. Withdrawal or Amendment
The landlord or letting agent reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
5. General
This offer is made subject to contract, satisfactory references, and landlord approval.
This promotion does not affect any statutory rights of the tenant.
