1. Offer Overview
Existing residents who successfully refer a new tenant to the property will receive a £250 Amazon voucher, and the referred new tenant will receive one month’s rent free (deducted from their first month’s rent), subject to the terms and conditions below.
2. Eligibility
The referrer must be a current resident with an active tenancy and no outstanding rent or other tenancy breach.
The referred tenant must be a new resident who has not previously held a tenancy at the site.
The referral must be submitted and acknowledged by the landlord/agent before the new tenant’s application is processed.
The offer applies only once per new tenancy and cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.
3. Application of Offer
The referred tenant will receive one month’s rent free, applied as a deduction to their first month’s rent due under their tenancy.
The referrer will receive a £250 Amazon voucher once:
The referred tenant has moved in, and
The referred tenant has paid their first full month’s rent and
All referencing and move-in conditions have been successfully completed.
The voucher will be issued via email
The offer has no cash alternative, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for a rent credit or other benefit.
4. Conditions & Limitations
If the referred tenant fails referencing and or does not move in, the landlord/agent reserves the right to withhold or cancel the referrer’s £250 voucher.
Multiple referrals are permitted, but each must be submitted individually and meet all eligibility criteria.
The referred tenant must name the referrer at the time of application; retrospective claims will not be accepted.
5. General
This offer is made subject to contract, satisfactory references, and landlord approval.
The landlord or letting agent reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.
This promotion does not affect any statutory rights of either tenant.
