The Kimmeridge: Our Debut in Oxford with 150 New Homes

We're thrilled to announce the launch of The Kimmeridge, our first build-to-rent development in Oxford. 150 beautifully designed one, two and three-bedroom apartments to this thriving city with complimentary amenity facilities setting a new standard for rental living in Oxford.

We always look at the heritage of our development locations to help us name our buildings and The Kimmeridge is named after the area's rich history with Kimmeridge clay, a material historically used for brickmaking.
