Grainger's portfolio of home reversion assets comprises c.4,200 assets worth c.£339m as at 30 September 2013. Similar to regulated tenancies, home reversion assets are bought and held at a discount, which is realised when the properties are sold on vacancy. This portfolio is the second major contributor to our sales proceeds alongside our regulated tenancy portfolio.
