Our German portfolio is concentrated in the economically and demographically stronger regions of Germany (Baden-Württemberg, Hesse, North Rhine-Westphalia and Bavaria) and major cities such as Frankfurt, Cologne, Düsseldorf and Munich. We directly own over c.3,000 residential units in Germany.
As announced in 2015 Grainger is divesting it's interests in the German markets. This process is currently underway and is expected to complete in 2016.
