ResPUT (The Schroders Residential Property Unit Trust)
ResPUT is a specialist residential property fund which provides investors with almost ungeared exposure to the UK residential market. The fund is managed by Schroders Property Managers (Jersey) Limited and advised by Grainger. We also manage the property on a day-to-day basis. The investors in Schroders ResPut have agreed to a controlled liquidation of the fund. It currently has gross assets of £40m (30 September 2009), and Grainger currently owns a 22% stake.
