Operational Activities
Grainger are property managers for approximately 24,650 units in the UK and Germany, and a further 12,000 third party units through our joint venture with Gebau in Germany. Sales, valuations, acquistions and asset and property management all take place in-house. We operate an integrated business and work across divisions to ensure we derive best returns from our assets. We have nationwide coverage in the UK and are continuing to develop our business in Germany.
