We currently own approximately 6,000 ground rents across the country.

A ground rent is a regular payment required under a lease agreement payable to the landlord.  The efficient management of our ground rents portfolio creates fee income for us on top of the rent through rent reviews, lease extensions and fulfillment of tenant obligations within the lease including insurance requirements.
