Girling Retirement Options
Grainger now owns in excess of 1,000 purpose built retirement apartments. When properties become vacant they are avaialble for either lifetime lease or let on an Assured Tenancy. An Assured tenancy gives retired tenants additional security and include service charges and ground rent.
We have partnered with the specialist lettings company Girlings Retirement Options in order to seek prospective tenants and manage let properties in this portfoio.
