Part of our long term strategy is to capitalise on our expertise by providing fund management to third parties and entering into joint ventures.
Joint ventures give us the opportunity to invest in projects of significant scale with limited exposure and allows us to invest outside of our core business. For example, by joining up with commercial developers on mixed use schemes we share our expertise, the risk and the rewards.
