Grainger has an agreement with Aviva (formerly Norwich Union) which enables Aviva to offer its own brand home reversion plans in addition to its lifetime mortgage proposition.
Under this agreement, Aviva is responsible for marketing, distributing and processing applications whilst Grainger is responsible for pricing the plans, acquiring the property, managing the plan and selling the property on vacant possession.
