A major part of the business is the effort put into the sale and purchase of individual residential units. In a normal year Grainger will sell about 1000 of its residential properties by private treaty through estate agents or at auction. We are always replacing stock with regulated tenancies and home reversions which we acquire individually and as portfolios.

We also acquire substantial blocks of apartments, disused buildings and vacant plots where we see opportunities to create desirable homes, shops and offices.
