Our Property Management team is at the core of Grainger's business. It has enabled us to build a reputation as a responsible and responsive landlord. We manage over 12,000 units from our six regional offices and each property manager is specifically trained for the role. Our property management skills have grown with the business and the team now look after our regulated and market let tenants as well as our equity release residents. We are also engaged to manage Schroders ResPUT portfolio of over seven hundred market let properties.
The property managers understand that they are responsible for our assets but also our tenants homes and we have focused on the need to be responsive and sensitive to every request.
