Grainger Asset Management sets the strategy and performance criteria for market let and mixed tenure portfolios. It works with the property management team to ensure each property has a clear strategy and performance target. Many of our properties have opportunities to enhance value through refurbishment, additional development and targeted sales.

It works with our sales and acquisitions team who source suitable properties to add to the portfolio and who action sales to improve the long-term performance of portfolio.

The Asset Management team are appointed as Property Advisers to Schroders ResPUT fund and Asset Adviser for the Grainger GenInvest portfolio of over 1500 residential units in London purchased from the Church Commissioners in a joint venture with Genesis Housing Association.
