


Grainger owns a number of commercial buildings around the country. Many of these were part of mixed portfolios we have acquired over the years or held for future redevelopment.
They range from small high street retail units to substantial blocks of offices and creative studios. Although our broad strategy has been to reduce our interests in commercial property, we will continue to hold the commercial elements of our mixed-use buildings and continue to acquire commercial assets with medium and long term potential for conversion to residential use.
