


Grainger Land & Regeneration acquires and promotes greenfield and brownfield sites for development. Planning approval is sought for appropriate residential or mixed-use development.
Upon receipt of planning approval, remediation and completion of infrastructure work is undertaken as required. Sites are then sold to developers or developed in-house. We can offer parcels of sites providing opportunity for developers to participate in large projects at a range of investment levels. We also offer a range of purchase, lease back, option and joint-venture arrangements to suit vendor needs. When all parcels are sold we ensure the completion of development meets all planning requirements.
